Choosing a new city from a distance is hard. Listing photos can't tell you how a neighborhood feels on a Saturday morning, where you'll grab coffee, or how long the drive into town really takes. That's why I plan an in-person visit with every client moving from out of town, so you can see the Albuquerque area for yourself before you decide where to put down roots.

Before you arrive

I'll help you plan the trip from start to finish, including how many days to stay and where to book, so your time here is spent exploring, not figuring out logistics. Most clients find that three to four days is the right amount of time to get a real feel for the area.

Exploring the Neighborhoods

Over three to four days, we'll visit each of the valley neighborhoods, including Corrales, Los Ranchos, Placitas, Bernalillo, and Rio Rancho, along with the Albuquerque neighborhoods that fit what you're looking for. You'll see the homes, the land, the drive times, and the everyday rhythm of each place.

Living like a local

A neighborhood is more than its houses. Between tours, we'll stop at local cafes, restaurants, and shops, so you can picture your mornings, your date nights, and your weekend errands in each area.

Finding your fit

As we go, we'll talk through what you love and what you don't about each neighborhood. By the end of your visit, you'll have a clear picture of where you feel at home, and I'll have a clear picture of what to look for as we start your home search.
